Makeup Revolution are known for having amazing products at very affordable prices. For a long time I have wanted to try out some of their lipsticks as they are only £3 which is such a bargain. unfortunately, my local Superdrug’s always seem to have very few in store so I was very happy to come across the shade that I have been wanting for the past few months, it is the shade ‘Chauffeur’.
Firstly, have you seen the packaging of their lipsticks??!! The rose gold packaging is so sleek and classy and makes the products all look so expensive. This could definitely pass as looking like a high-end product as everything is such good quality. The shape of the packaging is very similar to the shape of MAC lipsticks, if it was black instead of rose gold, I wouldn’t be able to tell the difference.
This lipstick is a perfect nude, it’s very easy to pull off and goes with so many looks. It’s quite a dark, brow-ish pink. It’s supposed to be matte but doesn’t come out fully matte. I like this because within the Autumn and Winter months my lips are always chapped so matte lipsticks really don’t help this. The formula is really good and doesn’t feel heavy of the lips. It also stays in place very well and lasts quite a long time (but comes off when eating or drinking).
I feel like this product would work well for so many people as it could compliment so many skin tones. I personally struggle sometimes with finding a perfect nude shade which suits me so I’m very impressed with this one.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend checking out/trying some of Makeup Revolutions lipsticks (or any products from them, most are great!). I’m very excited to try some more when I come across them. If you would like to purchase/view one of the lipsticks click here. For £3, you can’t go wrong. These could make a great Christmas stocking filler or even go as part of a present, I know that I would love to receive some of this range as a gift!
Here is what the lipstick looks like on me:

(P.S. sorry this post is quite short, I was hoping to get some more of the range to also write about but couldn’t find any in stock which I wanted, hopefully I will find more soon and will also write posts about those).
