PIXI Glow Skincare Range Review

If you follow me on Instagram, then you will have seen that a while ago I received a lovely press package from the team over at PIXI. With skincare products I always like to test them for a while before I review them so I can test if they are actually making a difference, in this post I will be telling you all of my thoughts!

My favourite out of the 4 products has got to be the PIXI Glow Mist (80 ml) and when receiving the products this was the one that I was the most excited to try out as I love the Mario Basescu Rose Water which is similar. This product has many uses, you can use it: before makeup for hydration, after makeup to set it and add a dewy finish or anytime to refresh makeup or get hydration and a glow. I have used this for all of these things and can completely agree that it is perfect for all of these things and I love the glow that it gives off as it isn’t too much on top of my oily skin. This is also perfect for within these hotter months when you just want to splash water all over your face without taking your makeup off as it hydrates whilst keeping your makeup set in place. This costs £16 and can be found here (if you are purchasing from the UK). I definitely think that this is worth the money.

Another product out of this range is the Glow-O2 Oxygen Mask which is £26, this mask is a treatment which revives dull, tired skin and is perfect to be used before makeup application. I tend to use this mostly before bed as I notice a bigger difference in my skin the next morning after use. You simply pump some of the product out and rub it in to your skin after cleansing, as you rub it on, it immediately starts to bubble-up, then you leave it on for 2-3 minutes and rinse off. This product amazed me and my skin felt so much more firm after using it and actually made me look and feel more awake. The bubbles were an added bonus and made it more interesting than your usual face mask, definitely recommend.

The next 2 products in the range are both serums. One of these being the Overnight Glow Serum which is also £26 and out of the 2, I have made the most usage out of this one so far. With this, you simply massage a few drops of it on to your skin in the evening before moisturiser. It has a really nice, fresh scent and doesn’t feel too heavy when applied to your skin. I used this a lot when my skin became very dry and noticed a massive difference as it definitely helped get rid of these dry patches as well as adding some glow back in to my skin. My only issue with this was that because I already have quite oily skin, it tended to look a bit more oily so I now tend to just target specific areas.

Finally, the last serum is the Jasmine Oil Blend which is also £26. This product targets dull skin with a loss of moisture and should be used AM and PM daily, however, I have found that using it once a day works better for my skin. It has quite a strong scent of Jasmine which is quite overpowering so if you don’t like strong scents then this probably isn’t for you unless you can look past it like me. This mixed with all of the other products has also made a difference to my skin and I now feel like I have got the hydration back which I lost when it got really dry.

Overall, each and every product within this range is great and definitely adds a lot of glow back in to your skin. For me, finding good skincare products has always been quite a struggle because a few companies tend to break me out or react so I was very pleased that none of these did this to me!

It is also important to note that PIXI are a cruelty free brand and their products are often paraben free which makes their products even better!

Although I was sent the items within this post, this is not an ad and all opinions stated are my own.

Thank you again to the team at PIXI for sending me these products to review! I cant wait to continue using them and further seeing the benefits.

Thank you for reading! I hope that you enjoyed this post. If you’d like to follow me on Instagram or Twitter you can find me at @bethxkate.

      1. Yesss I have done this before! Hyped up products and they ended up going from working amazing to messing up my skin or drying out quickly – then I feel guilty for promoting it!! But you’re doing so well now girl, own it! (: ❤
