I was recently tagged to participate in the Christmas Tag by Ellie from ‘The Diary of Ellie’ and after reading her post I definitely wanted to do my own version! You can click here to find her post of this tag, I’d definitely recommend giving her a follow!
Doesn’t everybody love waking up on Christmas morning and opening all of the mini gifts in their stocking? It can sometimes be quite difficult finding affordable stocking fillers which the person will get use out of so I have put together this post full of ideas on what you could get someone to go in their stocking on a budget.
As we all know, men seem to be the hardest to buy for at Christmas time. To help you and give you some inspiration, I have put this gift guide together as I also struggle buying gifts for men!
As Christmas is quickly approaching, I have decided to do a series of posts about gift guides to do with certain types of people. It can sometimes be very difficult finding the right gift for somebody as there are so many different things/places to pick from. For this post, I have put together some ideas of what you could get a beauty lover. The prices range from low to high but are mainly found in the drugstore as they do some amazing gift sets. I recently came across an amazing deal for the #AmazonBeauty box so knew I had to pick it up and give it a try. The box includes 9 different beauty products, some of these being full size products and others being samples. The contents include: the Rimmel London Fix and Go Setting Spray, NIP + FAB Glycolic Fix Cleansing Pads, WUNDER2 Dual Precision Brush, the Bourjois Rouge Laque Liquid Lipstick, a Sally Hansen Manicure Polish, the LOreal Paris 3 Pure Clays Multi-Masking Face Mask Play Kit, the Yardley London Floral Fragrance Collection (samples), a Bio-Oil Skin Care Oil (sample size) and finally, the Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser.
For each new season, I love to buy in a few small pieces for my bedroom to make it go along with the theme of the season. As it gets colder in autumn, it’s always nice to have more on display as it makes the room feel more cozy and warm. My room has a pink, white and copper theme so it is quite easy for me to add a few pieces as copper is very popular so can be found in many places.
Autumn is a great season for experimenting with darker colours as all the autumnal coloured, warm jumpers are back out in shops and in our wardrobes. I don’t generally enjoy painting my nails but feel great once I have. In today’s post, I have decided to share with you some of my favourite nail varnishes for the autumn months.
Makeup Revolution are known for having amazing products at very affordable prices. For a long time I have wanted to try out some of their lipsticks as they are only £3 which is such a bargain. unfortunately, my local Superdrug’s always seem to have very few in store so I was very happy to come across the shade that I have been wanting for the past few months, it is the shade ‘Chauffeur’.
After seeing so many people loving the Body Shop’s Vitamin E range, when I stumbled across a set of 3 on sale for £14 in an outlet, I knew that I had to give it a try. The set included the Vitamin E Cream Cleanser, the Vitamin E Gentle Facial Wash and the Vitamin E Hydrating Toner. Unfortunately I don’t think these come in a proper set which is available in stores (however, I may be wrong), the only reason I managed to get them all for the bargain price of £14 was because I found them in an outlet. Autumn is definitely my favourite time of the year for eye shadow as all of the darker colours start coming out again! I love hazelnut, orangey and gold shades and use them all throughout the Autumn season. This year I’m hoping to experiment more with darker shades, especially around Halloween time so look out for some future looks. Today I have decided to share with you an Autumnal eye shadow look as it is almost Autumn (the best season) so I thought I’d give you some ideas ready.
